ABOUT JACK
Jack cut his teeth in management working on the factory floor at Rolls-Royce, managing a manufacturing cell which produced $100M+ of critical aerospace components each year. Here he learn the importance of building trust, listening, and action-bias management. After this he went to work in Indiana to help the firm develop supply chains for new aerospace engine programs across North America. Following this he went back to the UK where he headed up the engineering, planning & control, and buying team responsible for delivering the supply chain required for the UK Royal Navy submarine nuclear reactor cores.
Jack then went to study for an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of business, to build on the management foundations laid in his early career.
Jack is British and grew up in the UK. He has one sibling, Joe, who’s currently in medical school. In his spare time, Jack loves hiking, camping, rock climbing, and all things outdoors. Jack got engaged last year to his now-wife Elizabeth, a Michigan-native, on the cliffs of Kynance Cove during a family trip to Cornwall in the UK. They have a 4-month-old daughter, Sienna, and two cats together: Hector and Xara.
